Erica Wheeler-Dubin

About this Speaker

Erica was born and raised in San Francisco and grew up playing soccer in co-ed spaces, futsal and short sided pick up games, soccer clubs and public school teams. She has had the opportunity to play NCAA soccer at University of California Santa Cruz as a two year Captain, simultaneously playing in the WPSL in the Bay Area. She then went on to play professionally abroad in Sweden and Italy. She returned home to play in the W-League for a season and has since continued playing on and off as well as learned the beautiful Brazilian game of Footvolley. She and her partner, Leah Morales, compete in local and national Footvolley tournaments year round. The lessons learned on the field continue to inform her work, as a psychotherapist.
